1. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales of products by Akome Paris on www.akomeparis.com, mobile apps, and physical boutiques.

2. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed after payment acceptance via our secure payment providers (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard). Akome never stores your payment data.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping destinations: Europe, UK, USA, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia.

• Processing time: Orders dispatched within 48 hours.

• Delivery times: approx. 10 business days in France, 10-20 business days internationally.

• Shipping fees: €10 flat fee for orders under €150, free shipping over €150. Customs fees are borne by the customer.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

• In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or absence, no re-shipment is possible; refunds issued within 7 business days after product return.

• The Customer will pay all taxes and custom fees in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations

4. Returns and Exchanges

• No Returns accepted 

• Refunds only for manufacturing defects.

• Returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags.
  

5. Liability
Akome’s liability is limited to product replacement or refund; no compensation for indirect damages.

6. Governing Law
French law governs the Terms. Disputes submitted to competent French courts.
