* Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, we understand that some attendees may not be able to attend the dinner/event. In case of a cancellation or postponement due to adverse weather conditions, the following refund policy applies:

Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to weather conditions, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

Event Postponement: If the event is postponed due to weather, ticket holders will have the option to either:
- Attend the rescheduled event on the new date, or
- Request a full refund.

Cancellation by Attendee: If you are unable to attend the event for any reason other than a cancellation or postponement of the event, we are unable to offer a refund, except in the following cases:
- If you inform us at least 5 days prior to the new event date (in case of a postponed event), a full refund will be granted.
