Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we deliver worldwide including Europe, the UK, USA, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free for orders over €150. For orders under €150, a flat fee of €10 applies. Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 10 business days in France, and 10-20 business days internationally.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 14 days for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are only given for manufacturing defects. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is covered by Akome Paris for France and Jordan up to €8. For other countries, return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
