We ship worldwide 🌍 to the following destinations: Europe, United Kingdom, USA, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.

• Delivery times vary according to location:

  • France: approximately 10 business days

  • International destinations: approximately 10-20 business days.

Shipping Fees

• Orders under €150: Flat shipping fee of €10

• Orders of €150 or more: Complimentary shipping (Free Shipping)

Please note: Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are not included and remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Akome Paris purchase. You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are exclusively offered in the case of manufacturing defects.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• To initiate a return, please follow the instructions included with your shipment or contact our customer service directly.

Return Shipping Fees

• If you received a defective item, we fully cover return shipping costs.

• For all other returns and exchanges:

  • France and Jordan: We cover the return shipping costs.

  • All other destinations (Europe, UK, USA, Dubai, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia): Return shipping costs and related customs fees are at the customer’s expense.
